What is Meet & Greet: Quite simply ultimate convenience at Birmingham for a price close to or better than on airport parking or 4 day multi story, but without the hassle.

How does it work: With your booking reference you drive up to departures where you will be met by a fully qualified and insured driver. A short inspection to note any existing "blemishes", take your luggage out of the car and hand the key (and car) over. That's it! Now you can head straight to check in.

When you return you will be met at arrivals where your car is waiting for you.

  1. Accept the pre selected airport entry Birmingham or if you actually require another airport please change the selection. Enter dates and times for the quotation.

    Please note your car can only be transferred between Gatwick and Heathrow.

  2. You will be transferred to the CPS system. On the first screen just check your data and click on next which will validate the entries and provide you with a quote.

  3. To book please have your flight number, outbound departure time and the terminal information ready. Click Next and provide the additional information. Any comments you wish to make and also should you only have hand luggage please tick.

  4. If you have used the system before and allowed for your data to be stored you can now sign-in. For the first time or if you do not want your data stored please provide your details for the payment process.

  5. Payment is on secure servers (you will see https and the lock) you will receive immediate confirmation and a booking reference, which you can print. An e-mail with all details will be send as well.
